*All unit area square footages are approximate and based on the design drawings only. Existing conditions and the construction process may alter these calculations. The methodology used to calculate the unit area square footage included measuring to the exterior face of the exterior walls of the building (including shear walls) and measuring to the centerline of demising walls separating adjacent units. It also included all of the corridor walls adjoining the unit as well as all vertical penetrations through the unit (columns, shafts, pipes, etc.).
